Originally from Provence, the Chef Philippe Fenouil settled in 2008 his restaurant in the village where he lived as a child. Earlier, he had the opportunity during his carreer to work and learn with the greatest chefs in restaurants such as "Hôtel Bonne Etape" in Chateau-Arnoux (2 stars Michelin), Negresco in Nice (2 stars), Byblos in Saint-Tropez, Hôtel de la Poste in Saulieu and also the "Chabichou" in Courchevel.
He is proposing a cuisine “de terroir”, a cuisine of family, with a provençale inspiration and will be happy to welcome you along with his wife Nanou in their charming restaurant "la Fourchette Gourmande".
